Your pipeline.
Your property.

The fourth—and biggest—part of the Titan System: a lead management app built around your business. Your workflow, your customer records, and a clear path to run the system on your terms.

Built around how you book work.

Start here when leads are split across inboxes, spreadsheets, and systems that don’t fit. I scope the app around the information you need, the stages you use, and the people responsible for the next step.

An example pipeline moves from new inquiry to contacted, estimate, and booked. Each record has a next action and an owner. The agreed handoff covers source code, data exports, and account access; operating costs are scoped separately.
Example stages, tailored to your business. Operating costs are scoped separately.
01

One place for the opportunity

Define the contact details, service request, notes, and lead source your business needs. Keep the record focused enough that people will actually use it.

02

Your stages, not a generic sales script

Build around your process: new inquiry, contacted, estimate, booked, or another set of stages that fits. Agree on who can view and change each part.

03

Booking without a platform toll

No subscription just to use your custom booking feature. Calendar, messaging, hosting, or other selected services can still charge fees.

04

Data access by design

Agree on export, account access, backup responsibilities, and handoff. No database resale or scraping as part of the offer; any integration gets only the access the workflow needs.

A clear path
from here.

  1. Map your intake, booking, and follow-up process, including the exceptions that a generic template misses.
  2. Agree on the features, ownership terms, integrations, access roles, and operating costs before the build.
  3. Test the workflow, hand over the agreed code and access, and choose whether ongoing maintenance is part of the scope.
Explore the live dashboard demo. It’s an example to discuss—not a promise that every project includes every screen or integration.

Before you decide.

What does ownership include?

The written scope defines delivery of your custom source code, customer-data access and exports, and control of the agreed accounts. Third-party software and licensed assets remain subject to their own terms.

Does owned mean free to operate?

No. Hosting, a domain, email or SMS delivery, calendars, AI APIs, backups, and maintenance may have costs. Your proposal separates the custom build from those operating costs.

Can another developer maintain it?

The handoff is designed to support that: agreed source code, setup documentation, and access details. Any external dependencies and licenses should be documented too.

Is the app included with a simple website?

No. The app is separately scoped. Start with a website if that’s what you need today, and add the lead system when it solves a real problem.
